JOB DESCRIPTION :
1) Around 3-4 Years of shop-floor experience with 2 years of experience in manufacturing
2) Bachelor of Engineering or a technical diploma

Responsibilities
1) Create TQM environment, shop-floor discipline and house keeping.
2) Engage in SPC interpretation and related improvements
3) Ensure establishment of new machines
4) Maintain daily pull system - buffer management
5) Maintain material requirements and follow up with respective departments
6) Monitor cycle time optimization efficiency and improve performance of bottleneck m/c
7) Production deliveries schedule control, channel efficiency improvement activities, shift Management, resource allocation, manning.
8) Provide counseling for workmen behavior & work related matters
9) Provide on-the-job training to personnel and map/monitor skill matrix
10) Resetting & resolve process problems
