    1) 8-10 years of experience having cross-functional exposure to functions i.e. manufacturing, engineering, resetting, quality etc.

    3) Proven track record of TPM implementation in the benchmark factories

    Responsibilities
    1) Benchmark TPM practices with other organizations in the location
    2) Drive 5S campaign in the factory
    3) Drive TPM implementation and effective deployment through channel managers,
    4) Ensure TPM pillar meetings are conducted regularly
    5) Publish TPM and 5S MIS for the factory
    6) Review of action plans (quarterly/monthly/weekly/daily) and implement TPM score card
    7) Support manufacturing excellence board in designing TPM program for assigned factory.
    8) Train the workers and managers in various aspects of TPM as master facilitator.
