Responsibilities
1) Attend UCM on all machines & service area
2) Carry out EHS internal audits and co-ordinate and implement EHS related activities; audit results.
3) Carry out vibration monitoring using micro log and take corrective actions.
4) Develop spare part for import substitutes.
5) Drive TPM Implementation and support in various improvement projects
6) Ensure maximization of predictive and preventive maintenance and reduction in down time
7) Ensure reduction in MTTR and increase in MTBF

** Operation & Maintenance of Baglihar Power Station – (3 X 150 MW), a project owned by Jammu & Kashmir Power Development Corporation.
** Operation & Maintenance of all hydro mechanical equipments of the Baglihar Hydro Power Station.
** The Job Responsibilities involved daily, weekly check up of mechanical equipments, Monthly, Quarterly and annual maintenance of all mechanical equipments of the Hydro Power Projects.
** Preparation of various log books for monitoring of critical and other parameters of hydro power generation station.
** Preparation of estimate and contract document for Annual Maintenance and Operation & Maintenance of the Hydro Power Station.

2. OMKARESHWAR POWER ATATION, (MADHYA PRADESH)
(From August 2004 to May 2009)
** Operation & Maintenance of Omkareshwar Power Station (8 X 65 MW), a project of NHDC Ltd.
** Preparation of O&M Budget of the power station, daily & monthly generation report and coordination with local authority, SLDC regarding operation of power station.
** Operation & Maintenance of all hydro mechanical equipments of the Baglihar Hydro Power Station.
** The Job Responsibilities involved daily, weekly check up of mechanical equipments, Monthly, Quarterly and annual maintenance of all mechanical equipments of the Hydro Power Projects
** Execution of the complete hydro mechanical (HM) work of the Omkareshwar project under EPC Contract which includes following works.
** Execution of erection & commissioning of Spillway Radial gates 23 nos., of size 20.00 m (W) x 18.037 m (H) and Radius -21m. The approx weight of gate is 220MT. The gates are being operated by hydraulic hoisting arrangements of capacity 240T.
** Execution of erection & commissioning of Spillway stop logs Gates 3 nos. of size 20.0 m (W) X 19.825 m (H). The Gate is consisting of 7 elements of weight approx 50 T each. The gates are being operated by spillway stop log Gantry Crane of capacity 75T along with lifting beam for automatic engagement and disengagement of gate element.
** Execution of fabrication and erection of penstock liners (8 Sets) of dia 7.66m and approx. 39 m long. One set consists of 19 nos. of ferrules.
** Execution of erection & commissioning Intake fixed wheel gate 8 nos. of size 7.3 m (W) X 8.373 m(H) operated by hydraulic hoist of capacity 125 T.
** Execution of erection & commissioning of Draft Tube Gates (8 nos. of size 7.595 m (W) X 6.383 m (H)) and Intake Bulkhead Gates (2 nos. of size 7.3 m (W) X 9.194 m (H)). All these gates are operated by Gantry cranes of capacity 60T and 75 T respectively.
** Execution of erection & commissioning of Canal head regulator gate (2 nos. of size 5.0 m (W) X 6.2 m (H)), canal head regulator bulk head gate (2 nos. of size 5.0 m (W) X 6.2 m(H)) and canal head power house Intake Fixed Wheel Gate (2 nos. of size 4.0 m (W) X 5.0 m (H)). All these gates are being operated by individual rope drum hoist of 35T capacity.
** Execution of erection of 10 nos. Construction Sluice Bulkhead Gates of size 4.8 m (W) X 5.5 m (H).
** Execution of erection & commissioning of EOT cranes (2 nos of 145 T capacity and 1 no. 80T Capacity).
** Execution of installation & commissioning of ARMAC (Automatic Reservoir Monitoring And Control) and Remote Control System for Hydro mechanical equipments which includes Automatic and remote operation of Spillway Radial Gates from Dam Control Room (DCR) and also main Power House Gates (Intake fixed Wheel Gates) can be operated from the DCR.
** Monitoring of supply of various HM equipments required for Omkareshwar Project.
** Quality Control & Mechanical Inspection of Equipments at works premises. Verification of raw materials quality used during manufacturing.
** Complete monitoring and execution of EPC Contract for hydro mechanical works including monitoring of running bills on account of supply and erection & commissioning of various HM Equipments along with preparation of Custom duty bills, Cess & Exchange rate variation bills and price variation bills as per provisions of the contract.

3. BAV HYDRO ELECTRIC PROJECT, (MAHARASHTRA)
(From August 2001 to July 2004)
** Survey and investigation works of the Hydro projects such as Contour Survey, Cross section area survey and core drilling works.
** Preparation of Prefeasibity report for Hydro Project.
** Liasoning with State Govt. Agencies such as Irrigation Department.

4. DHAULIGANGA HYDRO ELECTRIC PROJECT, (UTTARAKHAND)
(From February 1999 to July 2001)
** Repair and maintenance of heavy earth moving equipment required for the execution of the Big Hydro Projects. (For underground work and Surface work).
** Erection & commissioning of vertical gates (2 nos.) for diversion tunnel.

SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS:
** Major erection & commissioning work of all 23 Radial Gates of Omkareshwar Project has been completed in single calendar year.
** Successfully execution of the work of Annual Maintenance of Baglihar Power Station. The units are running successfully since execution of the work.


COMPUTER SKILLS:
Full working knowledge of windows including Excel, Word, and Power Point to get computerized data. Working Knowledge of MS Project.
