Designation : Chief Nursing Officer ( CNO )
Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing college / institution.
Experience : Minimum 10 - 15yrs. Preferably having Worked in Multidisciplinary Corporate Hospitals

We require a Chief Nursing Officer for United Hospital Dhaka, a 450 bed international standard tertiary level hospital situated in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The individual will be responsible to provide leadership for the nursing and related paramedical staff.
The Chief Nursing Officer will also be handling responsibility and accountability for structuring, comprehensive planning and implementing of nursing services program that guides the delivery of quality health care program at the hospital.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Participates in planning, priority setting and the development of policies and procedures for the hospital departments in compliance with health care standards.
- Manages all in-patient and out-patient nursing functions.
- Provides direct supervision for nurse managers and staff to efficiently meet the objectives of providing quality care.
- Assures compliance with corporate policy and procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians and all health care providers, promoting internal and external customer satisfaction and for appropriate resource management.

QUALIFICATIONS;
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing college / institution.
Must have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience similar as Director of Nursing in a large multidisciplinary hospital.
Must be passionate about the job and demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills.
International experience a considerable bonus.

- Admits and discharges the patients.
- Maintain personal hygiene and comforts of the patients.
