PRESENTLY WORKING IN :
Datacraft India Limited with multiple responsibilities (www.datacraft-asia.com) such as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for J&K State, SLA Special Task force head for Chandigarh Circle(i,e Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh UT & J and K States of India), CAP (City Aggregation Point) or NAP (Network Aggregation Point) Engineer & Project Engineer. I am responsible for Infrastructure Management Technical, Non-technical, Team issues, Telco issues, client satisfaction, uptime, commercial and project Management.
I am also responsible for implementation and maintenance of WAN network for SBI. The project is to connect all the branches of SBI and Associate Bank’s over leased lines and isdn lines for the CBS (Core Banking Solution) and is the biggest network of its kind in Asia covering 17000+ branches all over India, where I was responsible for the operation in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. I am coordinating with BSNL and SBI at higher levels for the completion of Project on time and getting all the branches connected to Srinagar CAP 1 or Jammu CAP1.
Projects handled :
Competently Commissioned Srinagar CAP Centre, 51 Branch sites besides Indian Overseas Bank Boulevard Srinagar Branch & Maintenance of all 67 State Bank of India sites including VSAT sites presently plus 3 sites of MetLife Insurance Srinagar, 1 Site of Indian Overseas Bank Srinagar & Packeteer project of Bhariti Televentures (Airtel).
Competently completed conversion of all the links of CAP or NAP from copper pairs to OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) through ADM 1.
Competently commissioned 4 sites at India’s Highest altitude located at an altitude of over 9,800 ft (3000 m) in the Himalayan mountain ranges-Leh Ladakh (J&K) India.

My responsibilities include :
- Proper setting and maintenance of system room for the WAN setup.
- Installation of equipment at CAP Location and remote end (Router 3700/3800/1760/1845 series), 2MB (RAD Asmi52) modems in BSNL and cap for Ch. E1 links & ISDN PRI).
- Coordinating with BSNL at higher level for the timely delivery of Project.
- Commissioning of Lease Lines 64 Kbps, 128kbps, 2 Mbps and Channelized E1 Links.
- Commissioning of ISDN lines.
- Installing IP phones.
- Weekly testing of ISDN Lines.
- Maintaining the running network (i.e. IOS up gradation if required, Cisco hardware maintenance, Lease lines maintenance and isdn (BRI/PRI) maintenance so that the implemented network can work without any problem.
- Installation & maintenance of Symantec Antivirus 9.x, 10.x and Symantec Endpoint protection 11 Antivirus for the systems of all sites (Around 800 Systems)
