Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing college / institution.
Experience : Minimum 12 - 15yrs. Preferably having Worked in Multispeciality Corporate Hospitals
Salary : Commensurate with experience.

Our Client requires Chief Nursing Officer who will be responsible to provide leadership for the nursing and related paramedical staff. Chief Nursing Officer will be shouldering responsibility and accountability for structuring, comprehensive planning and implementing of nursing services program that guides the delivery of quality health care program at the hospital. Some of the enlisting responsibilities are as follows:

RESPONSIBILITIES;

Ø Participates in planning, priority setting and the development of policies and procedures for the hospital departments in compliance with health care standards.
Ø Manages all hiring and recruitment of quality nurses and develops a strong in hospital "in service training program".
Ø Manages all in-patient and out-patient nursing functions.
Ø Provides direct supervision for nurse managers and staff to efficiently meet the objectives of providing quality care.
Ø Assures compliance with corporate policy and procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians and all healthcare providers, promoting internal and external customer satisfaction and for appropriate resource management.

QUALIFICATIONS;

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing college / institution. Must have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience similar as Director of Nursing in a large multispeciality hospital. Should be knowledgeable in the guidelines and requirements of applicable regulatory agencies including NABH and JCI (Joint Commission International). Must be passionate about the job and demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills. International experience a plus.
