Work Experience :-

Presently working with M/s Shree Cement Limited Ras , Pali ( Rajasthan ), An ISO 14001& &9001, OHSAS 18001,certified company, manufacturing Cement (shree cement, rock strong cement etc) as Mechanical Engineer from 10th Jul 2009 to till date in its Power Division. There are 2 X 50 MW with four boiler, having 2 X 85 TPH (88 kg/Cm2, 520oC), 100 %- Pet coke base A.F.B.C. Boiler & 2 X 85 TPH (88 kg/Cm2, 520oC), 100% -pet coke base C.F.B.C. Boiler (Hot loop) make CETHAR VESSELS Ltd and Qingdao Jieneng Steam Turbine Group Co. Ltd. (China) make fourth extraction direct condensing turbine coupled to Jainan power equipment make generator. Both units are DCS controlled and synchronized with grid.

Erection work 2 X 150 MW is under progress.

I have joined on 1st Sep 2007 as GET in M/s Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Limited, Renukoot, Sonebhadra (U.P) an ISO 14001 & 9001,OHSAS 18001 certified company, manufacturing inorganic chemicals like caustic soda, stable bleaching powder, aluminum chloride etc. Worked as Desk Engineer (Opn.) from 1st Sep’ 2008 to 30th Jun 2009 in its 2 X 25 MW Power Generation Division, having two 105 TPH & 110 TPH (67kg/cm2, 486oC), E – Grade coal fired TBW make IR-CFBC boiler and SKODA & SHIN NIPPON MACHINERY make triple extraction direct condensing turbine coupled to JEUMONTS & TDPS make 31.25MVA Generator. Both the units are DCS controlled by SIEMENS Teleperm – ME & HONEYWELL PKS - Experion models. Units are connected to its captive load in synchronization with grid.
