POSITION : Asst. Team Manager – Taxation & Accounts
LOCATION : Jhajjar
REPORTING TO : DGM – Finance & Accounts
1. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS :
CA/ ICWA
2. EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE :
• Minimum 3 years of experience in taxation : VAT, Service Tax, TDS, WCT,
TED refund under deemed export, in power generating company.
• Exposure to SAP is desirable. Candidate with additional qualification of
Company secretary will be preferred.
3. JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
• Ensuring Statutory Tax Compliances, timely and accurate deduction &
deposit of Income Tax TDS, Works Contract tax . Ensuring timely preparation
and submission of VAT & Service Tax returns.
• Verification of the quarterly e_tds returns.
• Preparation of details for assessment.
• Follow up/liaison with consultant / Revenue department for subsidies and
Tax exemptions/refund.
• Coordination with the auditors for tax audit.
• Computation of advance Income Tax.
• Tracking and keeping import details.
• To keep update with changing provision of taxation.
• To handle accounting and reconciliation of accounting balances.
• Preparation of MIS, & periodical reporting.
