    5) Appointing the testing agencies (like SGS, Mitra S.K )for different Indian ports.
    6) Appointing vessel agent(like Devi Shipping, Seatrans Marine Pvt.Ltd)
    7) Arranging the grabs as required by the vessel.
    8) Preparing the material lifting schedule to maintain the material quality.
    During The Time Of Shipment :
    1) Closely monitoring the total loading/unloading operation.
    2) Personally present in the time of draft survey( initial/ intermediate/final)
    3) Constantly co-ordinating with the Port authorities/ handling agent/shipping agent and testing
    Agencies to ensure smooth operation.
    4) Closely monitoring whether the material is lifting as per schedule or not.

    1) Follow up for the Bill of Lading with the Shipping Agent.
    2) Preparing Certificate of Origin.
    3) Follow up for the Certificate of Quality and Weight from the testing Agencies.
    4) Preparing Commercial Invoice.
    5) Preparing other documents as required by the LC.
