    The Chief Technology Officer will provide the strategic vision for enhancing our business. S/He will be a member of the senior management team and will work with the team to set company priorities and implement processes that will help improve our delivery development.

    The Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for overseeing our current technology team and our current platform. Someone who is a good translator between technology and the business. We have a great team, and want to help them grow.

    This role will hold influence over all technology initiatives. It requires someone who has hands-on experience with both infrastructure and software development. We have a blend of technologies in-house; the successful candidate will be able to assist us in improving and/or supporting them. We also expect this individual to build relationships with vendors and external companies for all our technology related initiatives.

    The type of individual we need has experience working with mid size companies and is comfortable with evolving their strategy within company constraints.

    Required skills and attributes Demonstrated:
    Min 10 years hands on experience in Microsoft & other Technologies
    Capability of managing 100+ strong technical workforce
    Implementation knowledge of OOPS.

    Designed at least one Framework and able to elaborate the architecture
    Excellent verbal and written communications skills appropriate to a variety of audiences
