JOB DESCRIPTION :
Working in coordination with team to drive LI business.
Joint calls & pipeline tracking at Relationship managers and cluster manager s level.
Liasoning with principal for pending medicals & issuances, regular product & process training & new product trng for all.
Roll out & monitoring local initiatives in coordination with business (Centre team & local principal team)
In addition to the above, needs to take Ownership of initiatives launched by corporate office. Drive Contests launched from Corporate office in the cluster and ensure nominations for reward categories/programmes.
Developing HNI clientele through both SRM and non SRM base.
review & share best practices followed in the region & zone within cluster.
Identify & analyze local sales issues define strategies to resolve them.
Update the Cluster Manager & Branch manager on the contest details.
Visit all centers if no calls lined up and check product knowledge of Relationship manager s.
Visit 2 HNI customers along with one of the Sr RM/Branch manager every week.
Meeting Principal sales team twice a week to review the operational pendancies.
Review the MIS published from Corporate office with Cluster Manager, Centre Manager & Principal
