- If there is no required details, then the requesters are contacted for the same and if necessary VP’s will be contacted and the approval will be done accordingly.

Kaizen Implemented :
- Did Automation for Broken beyond Repair Requests thereby sent around 300 mails in ten minutes.
- Formulated Generic Mail Box.
- Articulated the entire Customer related MoM and Team Related MoM in the respective Business Share Point and Team’s Share Point.

Reporting Details :
- Handling the role of Back up for a 10 member team with ease till date.
- Handling all the Team’s Internal Reports right from the IE Tool and Monthly Volume Report to the Internal Dash Board.
- Was a Successful Trainer in the Cross Training plan scheduled for other teams.
