- Crawler Testing : This server is used to fetch the document from the web. It is designed to crawl the site as per the frequency and also to drop the duplicates by crawling. The server honors’ all the robots restrictions.
Roles :
o Involved in creating various test scenarios for testing the crawler.
o Prepare test data for the exhaustive testing of complete functionality of the crawler.
o Ownership to test the enhancement on the crawler if any, in every release..
- Testing (regression) of the end user UI : This UI is used by the end user to configure as well as search the documents on the basis of their requirements. It allows the user to configure the email alerts on the top of search configuration
