why is it so difficult to find out a institute for dissertation in your stream at the place of your choice.Is something left for common people who don't have references of people with big names or big amount to pay to private companies. i myself applied in a very reputed institute just a few days back and i was taken aback when i came to know that one of my class fellow a second division holder got in the confirmation letter becoz she had a reference. Who to blame..???and what to do..???????
