- Calibration of measuring Instruments, arrangements of external sources for onsite calibration (as per plan).
- Maintenances & Maintain records of instruments / equipments in company.
- Installation of new instruments; provide training for new operators.
- Operating Coordinate Measuring Machine (Software used CAM 2Q, PCDMIS)
- Conduct MSA of instruments; implementing Core tools of TS 16949 (like APQP, PPAP, SPC,…etc).
- Maintain requirements of ISO/TS 16949 : 2009,
- Certified internal auditor of ISO/TS 16949 : 2009 by MV Consultancy, Pune.
- Conducting & demonstrates audits (process, product, internal, third party audits & customer req.)
- Implementation of problem solving tools (like Brainstorming, G8D,7QC tools, Why-Why Analysis, etc).
- Inspection & Validation of Plastic Molded & Painted of Auto Exterior parts.
- Inspection of finished goods; Layout & dimensional inspection of products. Visual Management.
- Coordinate to new development project for metrological & Quality function (PPAP, Layout Inspection, FMEA).
- Maintain document requirements of ISO/TS 16949 : 2009; ISO/IEC 17025 : 2005, ISO 9001 : 2000.
