Qualification : BSW /MSW or ANY

Experience : 1 to 2 years of experience in the same field with NGO's preferred.

Note : above mentioned position require good English, Telugu and Hindi communication skills.

About us :
HELP" is a Voluntary Organisation founded in the year 1992 to meet the challenges posed by the nature in one of the largest district of Andhra Pradesh State. It is an organisation founded to facilitate the process of development of villages. In its endeavour HELP has envisaged to promote responsible participation of people in their own development. To achieve this goal HELP has adopted the strategy of consultation which has facilitated its operation in making people think of their problems to find solutions and if possible, alternative possibilities to realize its goals. The area of operation chosen is DOULTHABAD MANDAL of Mahabubnagar District, Andhra Pradesh which is under developed and severely under exposed to any sort of developmental inputs, either from Government or least from any nongovernmental sector. Mahabubnagar Districts being virgin for voluntary action till late seventies, has gradually become experimental ground for participatory and partnership approaches. There is gradual increase in the awareness of people about their role for their development. Though the presence of voluntary agencies created an impact in certain parts of the district, the mandal chosen by HELP did not receive any active assistance from the voluntary sector.
