    1X 25 MW Thermal Power Plant, having Škoda Make DLF supplied Single Cylinder, Triple Extraction Turbine and Thermax Babcock & Wilcox make Third generation I.R.-C.F.B.C. Boiler (105TPH, 66 Kg/cm2, 485°C) based on Babcock & Wilcox (USA) design.
    Involved in erecting and commissioning of the unit as Commissioning In charge, right from chemical cleaning to successful continues operation of the unit. I have worked as Operation in charge after commissioning. For their 2nd unit project of 25 MW I was the project in-charge. We have completed the project in 18 months.

    National Thermal Power Corporation. Joined as Diploma Trainee & resigned as Engineer (O&M)
    Joined NTPC as Diploma Trainee in March 1981 and was trained by the Sr. Executives of the Obra Thermal Power Station (UPSEB) & Koradi Thermal Power Station (MSEB).

    After training I was fully associated in commissioning activities of the 200 MW units of NTPC–SSTPS. After the complete commissioning of the 200 MW units (5 X 200 MW), I was involved firstly in commissioning & then on floor operation of 500 MW units (2 X 500 MW) of NTPC, during 1985 To 1991. In 1989 I was assigned for Desk Operation in the Unit Control Room of 200 MW units. I was promoted to Assistant Engineer in July’91, Sr. Assistant Engineer in April’95 & Engineer in April’1996. In total, I looked for straight eight years the complete Desk Operation of the 200 MW units as Desk Engineer & Unit Control Engineer at Singrauli Super Thermal Power Station, Shaktinagar, Sonebhadra (U.P.).

    Head of the team called by DM – Sonebhadra to operate the Obra Thermal Power Station (UPSEB) during January’ 2000 strike called by UPSEB Employees. Looked after the complete operation of the 3 X 33.3 MW Hydro Power Station & 200 MW Thermal Power Station for 15 days without any obstructions.

    Cultured bacteria was developed for the purpose of aeration (Consisting limited amount of COD, BOD and required amount of dissolved O2 in ppm) in layers for the ETP plant. It was successful enough to recycle waste water which was as good as clear drinking water as per drinking water standard.
    Cost reduction of Paper manufacturing process 2011
    Amount of AKD required was reduced from 1.4% to 0.8% Thus amount of chemical (AKD) required was approximately halved, which lead to reduction in cost of manufacturing process
