Provides advice and guidance to employees regarding employee benefits and the design and review of individual benefit plans.
Coordinates the preparation and implementation of communication and educational programs and materials. Researches and resolves complex, non-routine problems.

** Responsible for new hire and termination administration including generation of offer letters, provisioning and de-provisioning, data entry, and orientation
** Assist with all generalist duties including payroll, employee files, employee relations, and other various generalist duties as assigned
