Title : water jet cutting.
Role : Team Leader.
Duration : Fourth Year 1st Semester 2 months.
DESCRIPTION :
The aim of the project jet cutting. A water jet cutter is a tool capable of slicing into metal.
Water jet process provides many unique capabilities and advantages that can prove very effective in cost battle. Water jet are used in high production applications across the globe they compliment other technologies such as Milling, LASER, EDM, plasma and routers.

MAIN PROJECT :
Title : DESIGN, MODELING AND ANALYSIS OF VALVES AND VALVE SPRINGS.
Role : Team Leader.
Duration : Fourth Year 2nd Semester 4 months.
DESCRIPTION :
The aim of the project is to design a model inlet valve, exhaust valve and valve springs. Modeling is done in CATIA. The temperature of the inlet valve is less compared to the exhaust valve thus the inlet valve is gradually made of nickel chromium alloy steel and exhaust valve is made of silchrome steel. Coupled field analysis is to be done on inlet valve and exhaust valve. Structural model and harmonic analysis is to be done on the spring.
