- Working with CHAND INDUSTRY MANESAR as production Engineer. CHAND INDUSTRY is a big manufacturer and supplier of Automotive Parts for HONDA, YAMAHA, JSV, MINDA and KML.
Duration : - Aug 2009 to Oct 2010.
- Working with Specialty valves Pvt.Ltd (ISO : 9001:2000). As Production Engineer. Its License holder of Calmar medvestvaco (Germany) a global leader in plastic dispensers. It is a big manufacturer of Electronics part, jars for cosmetics uses. It deals in plastic dispensers also doing job wok for other companies. HUL, RAKKETT BENKISER, AVLON, GODREJ, Aditya Birla, Dabur is some of its customers.
Duration : - Aug 2007 to Aug 2009.
Job Responsibility :
- Check All the Process Control for production & all production sheets.
- Successfully Trials of New Mould.
- Responsible in achieving target of production planning & ensuring proper use of manpower.
- To make standard parameters for M/c. setting & set M/c. under Parameter.
- Maintain 5S, and participate in KIZEN activities.
- Responsible for all production related activity like achieving daily targets, reducing rejection, maintain record of daily production.
- Documanentaion according ISO and TS.
