DESCRIPTION : Polytechnic Academics Management System is having 4 modules which is Teaching and learning, LPC, Lab and Equipment Maintenance, Workshop. This Polytechnic Academics Management System is fully computerized system and this System reduces the workload by automating all the related process. This Polytechnic Academics Management System not only automates the faculty, on teaching staff but also the maintenance of lab and equipments as well as workshop and LPC committee of the college.
The system deals with all the teaching and learning related processes that performed by the HOD’s, faculties of various departments. the syllabus ,teaching schemes, lesson plan, lab working plan, industry visit plan, expert lectures plan, project details, subject allotment among faculties are maintained in this system. There is a LPC committee whose main function is automated which is nothing but the generation of the purchase order of equipments required by various departments. The system also deals with all kind of maintenance of Lab as well as Equipments of all the departments of the Polytechnic. The HOD’s of all departments are responsible for all kind of workshop related activities. By using this system they can easily take decision about the topic, time, venue, allotment of room. And, also they can communicate these information with the other authorities with very ease, so that the regular as well as visiting faculties are invited to participate in the workshop. So, we can easily say that this system reduces all the efforts of the authorized users of the system.
