Position Manager (Instrumentation)

Qualification : The incumbent should have Engineering Degree in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation from a reputed institute and should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in maintenance of instruments in Hydro-carbon industry.

Experience :
Experience in cryogenic facility will be given preference. The incumbent should have through knowledge of the code and standards applicable to instrumentation & control.

Age:
The maximum age is 40 years for the above positions (age as on 31.10.2010.)

Salary
The annual remuneration in terms of cost to company (CTC) is Rs. 15.71 Lakhs for the positions which includes Basic Pay and other benefits like HRA, Conveyance Allowance etc.

1) Solving instrument problems through technicians to solve any instrumentation problem in running plant, trouble shootings and problem solving of any close loop and open loop in running plant ,raising work order to central workshop for major repairing of any instrument equipments like control valves, on-off valves , in SAP system, obtaining the material required for repair of the any instrument equipment like control valves, on-off valves by raising Material Issue Notes in SAP system from general stores for the required for plant maintenance materials in SAP systems.
2) My responsibility is to develop the standard Maintenance Procedures and to develop standard quality procedures for calibration and preventive maintenance of different instrument equipments like control valves, smart transmitters, on/off valves, or all instruments as a part of Maintenance procedure team, Also involved in Precommissioning and commissioning activity of the plant.
3) As a part of SPT (Spare part team),my work is to check the SPIR (Spare Part Interchangeability Record) supplied by manufacturer for cracker plants.
