MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES Team Lead / Project Lead
Experience: 3 - 7 years

Skill Set:
Thorough knowledge of OOAD, UML, Design Patterns & Methodologies
Experience in programming with C#, ASP.Net /VB.Net
Experience in developing COM/DCOM/COM+ components
MS SQL Server 2000 (preferable) / Oracle
Microsoft Certifications preferred
Experience in database design, SQL, PL/SQL
For All Lead positions, following skill set is a must in addition to above Experience in Design and Troubleshooting of web-based applications.
Well versed with Project Management procedures and experience in executing full life cycle project
Ability to co-ordinate with onsite/offshore teams
Prior experience in leading a team
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills


Software Engineers/Sr. Software Engineers :

Experience: 2 - 3 years in development
Must have relevant experience more than 2yrs exp in Development, and Design
Involved in complete lifecycle of Software Development using Microsoft technologies
Basic understanding of NET Framework
Working knowledge of ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, VB.NET, XML and SQL Server/Oracle
Scripting languages, HTML, CSS
The knowledge of writing Stored Procedures and PL/SQL procedures
Certification in Microsoft technologies is a plus.

Basic understanding of NET Framework
Working knowledge of ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, VB.NET, XML and SQL Server/Oracle

Software Test Engineers

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role with abilities to design, build, execute and maintain test cases and procedures for software products and applications.
Skill Set:
Rational Tools like Robot, RobotJ, VisualTest, Performance Studio, Test Manager
Segue Software Tools like Silk Test, Silk Performer, SilkVision, SilkPlan Pro

Qualifications:
Graduates/Post Graduates in Engineering or Computer science.
Prerequisites:
Exposure to establishing, implementation and overview of quality processes conforming to CMM standards desired.

Testing Lead

Experience: 4 - 7 years in Testing

Able to review requirements, design & critical elements of code
perform defect analysis, implement testing methods,formulate test strategies/plans.

Skill Set:
Mercury Interactive's WinRunner, Load Runner, Test Director Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/MSC(CS)/MSC(IT)
Prerequisites:
Working with Testing Tools like Rational Robot, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Test Director, Quick TestPro is a must.
