Mini Project :
Project Title : On-Line Milk Powder Filling and Packing Using PLC.
Technology : PLC with Ladder Diagram Programming.
Description : On-line moisture measurement is done in milk powder. Box is placed on the conveyor and sensors are placed at stations where filling and packing takes place. When the powder is filled conveyor starts to
run when it reaches packing station automatically conveyor stops
and packing takes place.

Academic Project :
Project Title : Vibration monitoring and control of Hydroturbines using LabVIEW.
Technology : LabVIEW with Graphical Programming.
Description : Online monitoring of the vibration produced in Hydro turbines using LabVIEW and giving variable Set point. When vibration on the turbine shell over rides the set point, signals from micro-controller is given to PC so that flow of water given to the turbine is reduced using valves. With this turbine damages can be reduced and power output will be efficient.

MINI PROJECT :
Involved in the making of an automatic temperature controller to measure and control the temperature in an environment. This mini project was conceived and carried out at the college itself.

MAIN PROJECT :
Took part in the construction of a simple multi parameter monitoring system for real time applications which was used to measure and maintain three parameters (speed, pressure and temperature), making use of a PLC and SCADA system. The project was completed at SMEC Automation pvt. Ltd, kaloor – Cochin under the guidance of the staff present.

SKILLS :
Good knowledge of computers, software and hardware packages.
Basic understanding of programming Languages c++, and Visual Basic.
Basic knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems. Done Projects on this devices.

Additional interests and skills :
Good Knowledge of Animation packages like Maya, 3D Max , Photoshop etc.
