Negotiable Instrument Act, Civil recovery Suit, Execution Proceedings, Trademark / Copyright (including Registrations), Food Adulteration Act, Commercial Law, etc. Consultation, interface and coordination with Solicitors and Advocates of the Company. Preparation, drafting and vetting of various deeds, documents, suits, complaints, written statements, notices, etc.

Qualification : Law Graduate

Skill Required : Civil/criminal court procedure

Experience Required : 3 to 10 Yrs.
