Manager/Senior Manager -Sales and Marketing (APIs) for India and ROW

Primary Responsibility:
· Business Development and sales of API in Indian and ROW markets
· Make business plan for the territory and execute the action plan
· Bring new business opportunities, new leads for both existing & new APIs and convert these leads to revenue streams adding to the bottom line within an agreed time frame
· Convert the already identified leads with existing prospects into pipeline projects
· New product ideas to strengthen Neuland product portfolio
· Market intelligence

Experience:
· A minimum 6 to 10 years of hands on sales/ BD experience in API marketing
· Must have traveled extensively in India and ROW Markets
· Must have good contacts with major customers in India and ROW Markets

Education:
· Science Degree (Chemistry being one of the subject)
· MBA in Marketing from a reputed B School ( Preferred qualification )

Knowledge:
· Good understanding of Global pharmaceutical industry
· Must keep himself always updated about industry news
· Good understanding of Regulatory and IP requirements in key markets of ROW
· should have an in-depth understanding of the product, organization, customer needs and other aspects that are required to make an effective sales call.
