Job Description :

Production Function :
** Preparing Production weekly schedules and manpower planning.
** Supervising production & ensuring deliveries as per schedule.
** Reviewing material status and proactively escalate to management in case of issues, to avoid any production disruption.
** Working towards achieving the targets set and continuously improve on productivity, delivery performance, workmanship, reduction of quality defects and scraps.
** Resolve technical issues, Analyzing production & quality problems and arriving at appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
** Conduct daily meetings with production staff to review productivity, delivery, quality against targets and implement action plans set.
** Liaison with other functions like Purchase, Engineering and Quality as and when required.
** Assist in preparation, implementation and maintenance of QMS, EMS and OHSAS systems.
** Preparing and timely submission of reports and required by the management.

Maintenance :
** Maintaining the housekeeping in the production area.
** Plan Maintenance activity for the production machinery and ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance are performed as per schedule.
** Providing training to new and existing employees.
** Maintaining high level of motivation & good relationship among the production staff and with other departments. Escalating suggestions or grievances of the production staff to management for appropriate action.
** Maintain records of performance of production staffs for review it with them periodically for improvement.
** Assisting Management is any other activity assignment from time to time.
