1.Identification of piping material for each line and segregating shop joints & field joints as per Isometric.
2.Prefabrication & Fabrication of Pipes and Pipefittings as per Isometric drawings.
3.Proper cleaning of pipes and maintaining records for cleaning of pipes.
4. Erection of CS & Pipes area wise as per Isometric & GA drawings.
5.Maintaining history sheets for fabrication, erection & Welding of all lines.
6.Following piping standards for fabrication, erection ,Welding of all lines & performing out by Quality personals.

Fuel cell technology has in recent years undergone aperiod of development.This evolution has been driver by the requirements of developed countries to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases, with particular emphasis placed on redusing CO2 emission.
This will be augmented at this time by increasing Diesel,Petrol fuel prices,however.The adoption of fuel cell technology for light rail system does offer advantage.Which could make it a serious option for new upgraded light rail schemes.

As a part of curriculum, we choose TURN OVER JIG as a project. In regards to our project TURN OVER JIG we had studied tool engineering.
The purpose of this project is mass production &reduce the unit cost and also increase the rate of manufacture and inspection procedure.
