ACADEMIC PROJECT PROFILE :
1) Creation of ILS model :- This helps to know the basic principle of instrument landing system. When an aircraft approaches to runway, glide slope helps the aircraft to align itself to the center of runway, and the marker beacons show the distance to touchdown point of the runway.
2) Creation of WIND TUNNEL :- This helps to study the aerodynamic nature of a solid body. By keeping a solid body in the test bed of the wind tunnel, we can see how the air be moving around the body. For an aerodynamic shape it will be stream line and for other shapes it will be turbulent.
3) Assembly of Cessna C172-N;:- Total assembly of the aircraft from the dismantled parts which gave a practical experience of different aircraft avionics components and their sensors which feed input to the instruments.
