• The incumbent would be responsible to drive the process – involving ticketing and reservation, handling of customer queries related to reservations.
• Should possess good convincing skills.
• Should be able to achieve sales target.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Working in day shifts
• No cab facility
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and emailing
