Online Marketing Manager

Position Overview :
The on-line marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing the company’s marketing campaigns and collateral

Responsibilities :
* Direct the creation of sales and marketing collateral such as newsletters, e-mails, banner ads, website content and print advertisements
* Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust message and/or placements as needed
* Work with product management and the sales team to develop cost effective promotions that produce results
* Direct the development and promotion of public relations materials such as press releases, articles, blog posts, and twitter feeds
* Manage and track all marketing expenditures and ensure the department is meeting its quarterly budget targets
* Work with publishers to identify potential effective advertising placements and negotiate favorable terms
* Work with partners and affiliates to implement joint marketing campaigns, ensuring that the needs and requirements of both parties are met
* Coordinate company participation in events such as trade shows and sponsored / hosted gatherings
* All additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

You must have :
* Five years of on-line marketing experience in a web services related industry
* Experience creating, managing, and tracking on-line marketing campaigns, including banner ads, search engine marketing, and social networking
* In depth search engine marketing campaign management experience (Adwords, Yahoo, etc..) a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
