- Cochin Minerals and Rutiles Ltd. Edayar, Cochin, Kerala, India. (Chemical Plant) This project was installation and commissioning of Instrument control system for a big boiler plant. This project has made me the good knowledge of flow, level and temperature transmitters (Honeywell and Rosemount -Smart) and different type of valves, Emerson 375 calibrator and lying of cables. PLC AB-SLC 5/03 has been used to control whole plant. (From 07-09 to 12-09)
- Southern Naval Base ,Cochin, Kerala, India .This project was on a warship INS TIR and I have been taken as the in charge of that project. This project for maintenance and calibration of instruments .During this work I had got good exposure in calibration of sensors, transmitters P&I diagram and good knowledge about different makes of PLC and DCS systems.
