A self-starter. Should have leadership capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills is an absolute MUST.
Previous experience of handling creative work would be preferred. 6-8 years experience in handling marketing (pre-sales) related activities (not sales or customer care). Prior work experience with an advertisement agency or a real estate company in similar profile would be an added advantage.
