Job Description
Infobrain Technologies is on the hiring spree to work on, On-Demand Software as a Service (SaaS), solutions currently under development. We have multiple openings for the following positions :

Work Experience :
Responsible for designing and developing an entire product and expected to track the project timelines, provide status to the management, identify the risks and do mitigation planning. Other responsibilities include : performing team code reviews; overseeing unit and integration testing; managing builds and source code versioning; ensuring that development practices and rules of thumb are followed by all team. Ideal candidate must have experience with full software development life cycle; technical expertise in Java, J2EE and latest web technologies; strong understanding of database design and performance tuning experience; extensive programming knowledge and software design skills, demonstrated ability to lead the design and implementation of a major software product to resolve scheduling and other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines; successful at team building and mentoring junior staff; strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualification :
* Minimum Engineering Bachelors Degree. Masters degree and/or MBA a plus.
* Managed/lead a team of 8 to 15 software engineers.
* Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience out of which at least 3 years as a Project Lead.
