PURPOSE OF THE ROLEPlan and Implement quality assurance-technical and functional for all on site projects.
Maintain Project Quality by ensuring: quality checks are done at agreed milestones as per the client guidelines.
Coordinate AVP (Quality assurance) to ensure all products manufactured in KBL
manufacturing locations as per the projects demands.
Supervise functions of receipt inspection, in process inspection, final and assembly
inspection as well as coordination with client’s representatives on all projects.
Oversee the quality planning and assurance activities for projects.
Project management Quality improvements for all projects in consultation with plant head; identify the business processes for optimization & improvements.
Plan, implement, and monitor quality management systems as per ISO 9001 2000 and
coordinate internal and external auditors. Ensure uniformity of all quality checks for all
projects to get a consistent quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure the schedule of the quality check based on the prioritization done between sector head and manufacturing locations.
