Guest Relations Executive
1. The individual may be a male or female between the age group of 22 to 30 years and have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive in a luxury Hotel, Hospitality service or Airline services.
2. Self motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills on the phone and a complete command over the English language
3. Managing and interacting with customers and members at the Hotel.
4. Budgeted salary varies from Rs 2 Lakhs to Rs 3 Lakhs per year + very attractive performance based incentives.
5. Willing to work in evening shifts and on Sundays.
6. Positions based across the country as above.
7. Locations
i. Delhi – Jasola, Lajpat Nagar, Dhaula Kuan, Janakpuri, Mahipalpur, Gurgaon.
ii. Mumbai – Bandra (W), Andheri (E), Domestic Airport, Juhu, Powai
iii. Bangalore – Old Airport Road, Richmond Road
iv. Hyderabad – Hussain Sagar Lake / Hi Tech City
v. Chennai
