    Role :
    * This a full time role based in Innovation Centre Pune, India.
    * We are looking for a rock-star Web Interaction Designer to join our team, this will involve
    * Wearing different hats at different time.

    Qualifications :
    * Rather than formal qualifications, we are looking for a rock-star enthusiastic Web Designer
    * with a proven portfolio.

    Skills :
    * At least 3 years experience with a strong web & technology design background
    * An expert in rendering layouts in XHTML/CSS
    * Advanced user of Photoshop, Fireworks & Dreamweaver with Flash & Illustrator a bonus
    * Be self-motivated, able to multi-task, and have strong communication skills
    * Proven experience translating others specs and visions into usable visual designs.
