Marketing & Sales Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can support the US Sales team in researching potential opportunities using web tools. The position requires interaction with the US Sales and Management team to plan and execute marketing and sales related activities. The primary responsibility of this role is identify potential opportunities in the subscription based database and update the company’s contact and opportunity management system based on the information collected.

Skills :
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Analytical skills to research government agencies and find the technical and business decision makers
3. Ability to identify potential opportunities in the pre-RFP and early stages that fit Leverent’s services profile
4. Ability to work independently
5. Strong sense of meeting weekly, monthly, quarterly and monthly goals for generating potential opportunities
6. Ability to generate and execute creative ideas within the stipulated parameters

Experience :
1. 3-years experience in a similar role is required
2. Prior experience in a sales, marketing or lead generation role is a must
3. Interaction with US based entities as described above is a significant plus
4. References will be checked to verify skills, experience and capabilities

Responsibilities :
1. Research opportunities using subscription based databases for US State and Local Government agencies
2. Update Leverent contact and opportunity management database with new information daily
3. Prioritize and highlight immediate opportunities based on research and communicate to US team using email and other tools
4. Create and run reports for opportunity analysis and marketing campaigns
