Paradigm Consulting, Inc., an Oracle Certified Partner, specializes in e-business application development, Oracle ERP and Database Administration. Since 1996, we have been serving Silicon Valley clients from our Head Quarters in Sunnyvale, California, USA.We are hiring a Java and J2EE Developer for our Offshore Development Center, eParadigm Softech Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad to provide product & application development services to our US clients.

Primary Responsibilities :
* Experience in full life cycle of client projects and any internal products.
* Design and implement new system architecture.
* Define software requirements, specify and manage implementation and testing, manage releases, establish and track schedules, specify milestones and completion dates.
* Interface with Project Management, Technology Management and customers.

Qualifications and Requirements :
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience developing/supporting business application software.
* B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science/Electronics, OR B.Sc. plus MCA
* Proven experience in Java, J2EE, XML, EJB, JSP, Struts, Oracle DB/SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix and Windows Environments
* 1 year experience in one of the following Application Servers : Oracle 9iAS, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBOSS
* Experience with UML/RUP would be a plus
* Strong technical aptitude, knowledge of development methodology and tools
* Ability to work independently and interact with US clients directly
* Team player with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Organized, Detail Oriented, Process Driven
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Sun/Oracle Certification and experience with Offshore projects would be a plus
