Job Description The incumbent shall be responsible
• Overall control of all plants Capex projects.
• Control of all factories Capex projects.
• Vendor negotiations, specs finalization, cost analysis.
• Project budgeting, planning, tracking for timely completion.
• Installation & Commissioning of chemical process equipments like – Reactors, Mixers, Pumps, Material handling equipments, thermic oil eaters, Boilers, utility equipments, storage tanks etc.
• Knowledge about maintenance practices and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of safety and industry work practices and incorporating the same at design / implementation stage.
• Exposure to MS-Office 2000, AutoCAD, SAP, MS project.
• Exposure to techo-commercial discussion with vendors.
• Vendor evaluation / inspection.

Description : “The aim of this paper is a new speech compression method. This is a fast method. At its basis stays the discrete cosine packet transforms (DCPT). This transform
has a great advantage, its resemblance with the sinusoidal model of speech. The new
speech compression algorithm is presented and some simulation results are reported.”
