For any industry the requirement of this machine is necessary.So,We are choose the pipe cutting machine. The main concept of this project that it cuts the MS Pipe with maximum capacity of 10 mm.
We are attached supporting waise to fix the pipe and by use of cutting wheel with the help of Pulley and motor the pipe cuts according to the dimension with applied force. Main advantage of this machine is that it cuts pipe with less effort and also consuming time.
- Academic Project during Degree Study : Productivity improved though Plant Layout.
Here, the project completed on Mahindra Gears & Transmission Pvt. Ltd. Shaper, RAJKOT. The main concept of the project to improvement in productivity by changing the position of Plant Layout.
During training we found that Plant Layout is not sufficient as a requirement of manufacturing the product. So finally we give some suggestion that may be applicable for Plant Layout and company finally satisfied with this Productivity improvement project with changing the position of Layout.
