Primary Responsibilities :
* Design, Develop, Deploy & maintain high-volume user-centric web applications
* Optimize application performance
* Internationalization of web applications
* Coordinate feature, user experience and UI review with project stakeholders

Experience and Required Skills :
* Must have a minimum working experience of 3 years
* Excellent communication skills and high degree of adaptability
* Proficient in Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, HTML, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL and Tomcat
* Experience working with advanced JavaScript libraries like Dojo, prototype, YUI, ExtJS, Jquery…etc is a big plus
* Candidates who possess good knowledge of architecture & frameworks will have an edge over others
* Certification will be an added advantage
* Exposure to complete Software Development Life
* Mobile Application Development (in any of the major platforms like iPhone, Android, Symbian, BlackBerry )is a HUGE plus
