Requisites : B.Arch / M.Arch

Candidates must have strong detailing and manual sketching ability and the ability to review and coordinate project documents. Outstanding client and team communication, organization and leadership skills required. Competence with AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and Revit is a required. Experience in HealthCare project is essential. Clear understanding of construction processes and detailing are very important. The ability to research codes, building products and systems, and solve design problems is essential.

Responsibilities :
• Master planning and schematic design through construction documents.
• Works in collaborative teams, mentoring junior staff, coordinating the work of consultants, and working together with clients, contractors and regulating agencies.
* Pursue creative design solutions and develop meaningful, quality environments based on best practices, the latest research and evidence-based design
* Proactively seek new business and maintain relationships with clients
* Generate overall Design concepts
* Formulate design presentation strategies and makes presentations
* Develop construction details for projects and assist staff in developing details
