* Knowledge of ASIC/FPGA design flow using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies.
* Experienced in Verilog & VHDL and Scripting Languages
* Responsibility includes developing/executing design and verification plan, model & environment development to verify multi-million gate ASIC.
* Telecom/Datacom experience a plus
