Profile :
Qualification : BE/MCA
Skills : Java, J2EE (EJB/JSP/Servlets/JMS/JNDI), UML, SQL
Secondary Skills : C++, Swing, Project Management and exposure to full SDLC and Processes, Project Estimation

The candidates MUST have a minimum of 5+ years of experience with at least 1 years in a Managerial/Team Lead Position

Should have worked in a Lead Role on at least 2-3 projects leading a team of 5 to 8 professionals Should have worked for full SDLC and well versed in Software Engineering Processes.

Other Skills :
- Strong on Java and J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB)
- Experience in WAF / Struts
- Strong on Algorithms
- Good OOAD knowledge
- Good UML knowledge
- Strong analysis and design skills
- Strong database design skills
- Good Communication and Presentation skills
- Experience on both Windows and Linux is preferred

Minimum Experience : 5 years
