Job Profile:
Leading the HR function to support and facilitate organization goals and objectives.
To understand the project business strategy, develop comprehensive HR plan and HR policies to implement this strategy.
To establish strategies and processes for searching best in class talent and complete the requirement in time for Indian and Nigerian operations.
End-To-End recruitment and salary finalization at all levels
Planning, organizing and monitoring the Training effectiveness.
Statutory compliance related to labour laws in India, applicable to trusts and its personnel, direct / indirect.
Liaison with government and other appropriate authorities.
Responsible for Head Office administration.
Administering the function of procurement and logistics.
Educational Profile : Post Graduation in Human Resource Management Age : 35 to 45 years
Skills Required :
Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills, Computer intermediate skills
Experience :
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in handling human resource function at a senior management level, added experience of office administration or logistics would be an advantage.
Compensation : Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION Mission for Vision (MfV) is a charitable trust with a focus on addressing preventable blindness. The trust raises funds and deploys them in partner hospitals for funding eye care surgeries. Some of the guiding principles of the organization are to provide high quality equitable care with exceptional humanity and dignity, especially to poor patients.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS :
Responsible for Coordination, monitoring and audit of patient care activities with the intent of ensuring the organization’s principles of equitable care with humanity and dignity especially to poor patients. Additional responsibility to oversee the functioning of the MfV patient mobilization teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
[LIST=1][*]Lead a team of zonal coordinators and field surveyors to implement patientcare for MFV.[*]Recruitment, training and management of patient care team to ensure delivery of team objectives.[*]To visit partner hospitals, review/screening camps to independently evaluate nature and quality of care and staff interaction with patients.[*]Coordination with partner hospitals for identification and sharing of good practices across all patient care activities for efficient operations.[*]Frequent evaluation of patient care standards and interventions to ensure continuous performance improvement across all activities at various patient touch points[*]To coordinate collection/compile patient care data and feedback from partner hospitals, camps and surveys to generate performance reports of the organization and partner hospital for internal and external use.[*]To share reports with respective department heads and coordinate patient care interventions required if any along with periodic follow ups and reports on corrective actions and related patient feedback.[*]To accompany the field surveyors periodically in order to ensure that the surveys are being conducted in an adequate manner and identify training requirements if any for field surveyors[*]Monitor the performance of MfV patient mobilization teams. Active involvement in outreach and patient mobilization planning, providing inputs based on patient care data analysis.[/LIST]
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP Reporting to MFV COO for India operations
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Masters in Social Work / Health Services Administration / Public Health or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in Social sector preferably in healthcare or in hospital sector with exposure to public health / community programs.
SKILLS :
[LIST=1][*]Responsibility of PAN India Operations[*]Must have led a team[*]Exposure to recent developments in implementation of Patient care in the health sector.[*]People management skills and excellent communication skills[*]Intermediate skills in computers (MS Office)[/LIST]
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Initially 20-22 days travel in a month to setup the Patient care structure, systems & processes.
Subsequently frequent travel required to partner hospitals across India (approx. 30% of time) and their respective camp sites in rural areas (approx. 30% of time).
Ophthalmic Surgeons Qualification: FRCS / M.S. (Ophthalmic.) / DNB / DOMS
Experience:
[LIST][*]Should have performed over 1000 Small incision cataract surgeries independently in reputable hospitals or minimum of 2 years experience.[*]Fellowship in Phaco-emulsification surgery would be appreciated but is not essential.[/LIST]
