Phase III Study : A Randomised double-blind study of BIBF1120 plus standard Docetaxel therapy compared to placebo plus standard Docetaxel therapy in patients with IIIb/IV or recurrent NSCLC after failure of first-line chemotherapy

Phase III study : A Double-blind, Randomised, Parallel Group, Phase III Study to demonstrate equivalent efficacy and comparable safety of CT-P6 and Herceptin, both combination with paclitaxel in patients with Metastatic Breast Cancer.
Phase III Study : An open label randomised, multiple-dose, parallel study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravenous infusion of nanosomal Docetaxel lipid suspension in locally advanced of metastatic breast cancer patients after failure of prior chemotherapy.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Obtaining written ICF (informed consent form) from patient.
- Maintenance and update of ISF (Investigator site file) with corresponding documents, involving screening log, temp log, Source documents.
- Scheduling patient consultations and Follow-Up, IVRS interaction, Drug Accountability.
- Processing of PK blood samples and shipping of samples.
- Reporting SAEs/ AEs to Ethics Committee, Coordinating with Central Lab and Study Team.
- Feasibility of potential investigators and prepare database of investigators.
- Attending investigators meeting.
- Submission and communication with Regulatory Authorities (IEC/IRB) for getting approvals and Safety reports/notifications
- Patient recruitment, retention and follow up.
- Coordination between site and cro.
- Providing ICH GCP and Protocol Specific training to study
team/trainees at our site.
- Coordinates, Organizes and set up meeting agenda, and communicate with patient information
- Paper CRF/e-CRF data entry, Queries resolution for generating authentic data & reporting to Data management within given timelines and tracking them.
- Serious Adverse Event reporting within the time lines.
