Job Description :
This position is accountable for all software delivery for the organization with a focus on Sage product implementations and services. This position is a significant part of the leadership team and is responsible for making strong contributions to the strategy and growth of the organization

* Implementing a process driven approach that would enable speedy, quality and smooth delivery of software maintain
* Quality of delivery and timely execution of projects within budgets.
* Hiring and retention of consultants and team/morale
* Creating an overall culture of learning and self development
* Develop and manage technical and business relationships with partners to complement and extend the capabilities of the organization
* Ensure that sales team is fully supported in terms of demo capabilities, POCs, RFPs, collaterals, etc.
* Responsible for customer satisfaction

Job Profile :
* BE/BTech/MCA with a track record of having excelled academically.
* 5 to 8 years experience in Project delivery and Execution in the field of Mid-tier Software solutions preferably ERP like Microsoft Dynamics or Sage or 3i Infotech/Orion.
* Understanding of typical business processes and challenges in a trading, manufacturing or services organisation
* Clear understanding of accounting concepts and capability to translate a business need to an ERP feature in Sage ACCPAC. Clear understanding of implementation process and deployment options.
* Accountable to overall for project deliveries
* Responsible for corporate targets vis-vis Project Delivery
* Research and continually upgrade key delivery processes/ techniques.

- We present a cryptographic protocol for ensuring secure and timely availability of the reputation data of a peer to other peers at extremely low costs.
- In simple words, we investigate Reputation Systems for P2P networks—a more ambitious approach to protect the P2P network without using any central component, and thereby harnessing the full benefits of the P2P network.
