Job Description
Provide actual financial results versus budget/forecast, with variance commentaries, presentation of the monthly Management Report, highlighting cost performance and pertinent aspects of the business which includes:
• Develop and track the KPI’s to measure the performance of production units and proactively highlighting the key concern areas.
• Provide support to the Top Management Business Process team & other LoB Support Finance Team to facilitate gathering, interpreting and conveying financial and statistical information in an analytical manner which supports business planning.
• Highlight issues / trends and provide proposals and solutions to local and corporate management for cost and financial controlling.
• Should be adequately hands-on and analytical thereby capable of getting and sharing insights in evaluating financial performance of organization.
• Provide MIS Reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis to Corporate to agreed deadlines.
• Identify areas for process improvements to enhance quality of MIS.
