Job Description
• Handle Corporate Insurance Matters
• Risk Management
• Execute all insurance policy agreements in accordance with applicable laws
• Supervise investigation of claims in compliance with regulations
• Analyze reports submitted by claims supervisors; third party claims administrator, Fiscal Office and others
• Represent the organization in formal meeting with outside organizations on matters dealing with insurance matters
• Provide guidance and advise management on developing, implementing and revising insurance programs & policies and resolving financial & legal issues

- Attending to Insured Queries and Updating status required.
- Maintaining the MIS of all the claims, and updating the same
- Correspondence through mail and telephone for insured pending documents.
- Payment entry & approvals.
- Dispatch cheques.
II} Claim processing of TRP, OPE, HFP, IAL
- Scrutinizing the document/ report
o Filing & documentation
o Assessment of claims amount
o Settlement of Claim.
o Posting the payment in system
o Cheques dispatch to branches.
